Bob Farrell is entering his fifteenth year with Voice Products, bringing with him a decade of prior experience in management and customer service. He leads NICE/iRecord sales and support across Missouri, Iowa, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Nebraska—regions where NICE technology has been adopted by thousands of public safety agencies worldwide. Since 2011, Bob has worked closely with PSAPs, Children’s Advocacy Centers, and Police and Sheriff’s Departments. His commitment to customer success and long‑standing relationships within the public safety community are widely recognized and deeply valued. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Technology at Purdue University.

Brett Johnson is the Regional Vice President for the West and Southwestern U.S. at Voice Products for the NICE Public Safety product portfolio. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Brett is a highly skilled technical leader known for his commitment to customer support and satisfaction. Throughout his career, he has been a vital asset to both Voice Products and NICE Systems, bringing expertise in system concepts and design, technical strategy, and the successful implementation of 911 communications recording and quality assurance systems across North America. Brett holds certifications including MCSE, CNA, and CNE, underscoring his deep technical knowledge and dedication to excellence in the public safety sector.

Megan Wright is from Wichita, KS. She is the National Sales Manager for Voice Products medical division covering lower Midwest and entire East Coast. She represents products from Speech Recognition, Dictation/Transcription, AI, Virtual Scribes and Telemedicine. Megan has been in the medical field for over 20 years with her background being in senior care. She is very passionate in assisting the medical community in increasing the quality of care for patients. Megan and her husband Robert have two boys in college. Bubba that wrestles and attends the United States Air Force Academy and Trip who is on the baseball staff and attends the University of Arkansas. Both keep them very busy. She also enjoys time with family, friends & traveling.
