Mr. Tullis started with the Dictaphone Corporation in 1980. He was one of their top branch managers from 1983-1988. Mr. Tullis has served on several charity boards and committees over the last three decades and has been involved in hundreds of hospital and clinic installations. Throughout the years, Mr. Tullis has spoken at several state healthcare conferences and has had several articles published.
STUART PETERS

Mr. Peters has sold 911 PSAP Voice Logging Systems and Enterprise Solutions for 30 years. He personally has been involved in hundreds of installations. Mr. Peters earned the Wichita Business Journal “40 Under 40” award in 2000 which recognized both his and civic accomplishments. Currently, he is a CCAM (Chapter Commercial Advisory Member) of several states’ APCO (Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials) boards, which promote leadership, professional growth, the exchange of ideas, and the establishment of standards for the Public Safety community.

Colette Dryden is the Chief Operating Officer. In the last 27 years, her career at Voice Products has progressed from purchasing and receiving to accounts payable, accounting management, and ultimately COO, overseeing operations and the accounting department.

Assistant Service Manager/Project Manager

David Essary serves as Assistant Service Manager and Project Manager at Voice Products, bringing decades of industry experience and a service-driven approach to every project he oversees. With a strong foundation in technical expertise and customer support, he ensures the seamless implementation, maintenance, and delivery of communication and recording solutions. David began his career in the United States Navy from 1975 to 1977, serving aboard the USS John Marshall (SSBN-611), where he developed the discipline and precision that continue to define his work today. He later spent 17 years with Dictaphone (1988–2005), building deep expertise in voice documentation systems before joining Voice Products in 2005.
Outside of work, David is a dedicated family man and proud father of two children, Sarah and Josh, who both live in Grapevine, Texas. He is also a grandfather to five grandchildren and values the time he spends with them. Known for his reliability and thoughtful leadership, David combines decades of experience with a personal commitment to excellence, making him an integral part of the Voice Products team.

Hom earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Wichita State University in 1996 and previously held a cosmetology license from Dodge City Community College. With experience in the beauty industry at Beauty Warehouse (1993–1997) and HairCraft (1997–present), Hom brings a unique blend of creativity and precision to her work. For the past 18 years, Hom has managed accounts receivable and accounts payable at Voice Products, contributing expertise and dedication to the company’s financial operations.
MARK KOENIGSMAN

Mark Koenigsman is the Project Manager/Training Department Manager at Voice Products. As the project manager at Voice Products for the last 13 years he has overseen more than 2000 Public Safety Logging and Interview Room Video Recording installations. He also has 26 years’ experience delivering high quality corporate training programs. Mark has been with Voice Products for 17 years.

Jan Purscelley is a dedicated software trainer specializing in healthcare and public safety technologies, with a proven ability to turn complex systems into clear practical and user-friendly learning experiences. With extensive experience training clinicians, administrative staff, dispatch teams, forensic interviewers and public safety personnel, Jan understands the unique operational pressures and regulatory demands these fields face.
With over 18 years in the industry, Jan has developed and delivered comprehensive training programs for solutions such as transcription, dictation, speech recognition, video interviewing and call recording. Known for a calm, supportive, hands-on teaching style, Jan excels at adapting training to a wide range of learner backgrounds---from physicians, administrative and medical staff, to emergency communications and field responders.
